From October 28 to November 1, 2024

The house is located in Cornellà del Terri in the province of Girona.

This time, we will meet at the Can Sagnari farmhouse, an 18th-century restored Catalan farmhouse that retains its original charm. The rustic-style decor makes Can Sagnari a very cozy and charming house.

Six kilometers away is the town of Banyoles, where you will find the largest lake in all of Catalonia.

Day 1

Monday 10/28

Registration 11:00

We will welcome you, and you'll have time to settle in and feel at home. Then we will meet for a welcome cocktail, where we will have the opportunity to chat and get to know each other better. Afterward, we will enjoy a delicious meal prepared by our chef.

17:00 We will gather for our first workshop with the incredible Stella Andronikou, who will talk to us about inspiration, styling, and composition.

We will have dinner together while continuing our conversations and discussing what we have experienced on this first day.

Day 2

Tuesday 10/29

Upon waking up, we will enjoy a delicious breakfast. Then we will take our first group photo and head out for a trip!

First, we will visit Girona, with Stella Andronikou as our guide, who will show us the most beautiful and medieval parts of the city. We will have lunch there at one of Stella's favorite restaurants.

After lunch, we will go to Banyoles, where Julianne Medeiros will lead an activity, and we will have the opportunity to walk around the beautiful lake surroundings.

We will return home in the late afternoon to rest before enjoying another delicious dinner prepared by our chef.

Day 3

Wednesday 10/30

This day, after our delicious breakfast, we will take time to work on a group project and have mentoring sessions with some of our instructors. We will coordinate in advance to decide what type of project interests you and with whom you would like to have the mentoring session.

Before lunch, we will also work on our “Masterpiece” project, where all attendees will create a scene together! An activity we have done in previous editions with always surprising results.

We will have lunch at the farmhouse, and after a break, we will gather for a workshop on high-end food photography with Mikel Ponce.

Of course, we will enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by our chef.

Day 4

Thursday 10/31

After breakfast, we will visit the Castle of Peralada to learn about its history, followed by a visit to its wonderful winery, where we will enjoy a tasting of their best wines.

After the visit, we will return home, where our chef will be waiting for us with lunch.

After resting, we will gather for a class on still life photography, where Maria Teresa and Maurizio will share all the secrets of this style. We will also have the opportunity to select photos and learn advanced editing techniques with Maurizio.

We will end the day enjoying cocktails and sharing our last dinner together.

Day 5

Friday 11/01

We will wake up leisurely, have a good breakfast, and then meet for a farewell talk.

Check-out is at 12:00 pm.
